1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing 798ph — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any application associated with the Platform — you enter into a legally binding agreement with 798ph. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and 798ph.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using 798ph immediately. Continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
2 Eligibility
To register and use 798ph, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable law.

798ph reserves the right to require proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
3 Account Registration
Registration on 798ph is free. You are permitted to open only one account per person. Each account must be registered with accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 798ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately by contacting our support team.
- Do not share your account with anyone else, including family members.
- Do not create an account using false or borrowed identity information.
- Do not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to misrepresent your location when registering.
- Keep your contact details updated. 798ph is not liable for issues resulting from outdated information.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
798ph accepts deposits via Philippine-based payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200.
All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. 798ph does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts belonging to someone else will be returned and the account reviewed for potential Terms violations.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- 798ph processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
- Withdrawals may be delayed pending identity verification, especially for first-time withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been flagged.
- 798ph does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals, but your payment provider's own fees may apply.
798ph complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We are required to verify the source of funds for large transactions and may request supporting documentation. Transactions suspected of money laundering will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5 Betting Rules
By placing a bet on 798ph, you accept the specific rules applicable to that game or event. General rules that apply across all betting markets include:
- All bets are final once confirmed. 798ph does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in cases where an error in odds was clearly caused by a technical fault on our side.
- Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is processed. The odds at confirmation are the binding odds for that bet.
- If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or ruled a no-contest before the minimum required play time is completed, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- For esports markets, if a match is paused or rescheduled, 798ph will apply specific esports rules regarding bet validity. These are available in the Sports Rules section of the platform.
- Maximum bet limits per event are set by 798ph and may vary by sport, league, and market type. These limits are shown at the time of bet placement.
- Winnings from void bets are not eligible for withdrawal until they have been confirmed by the settlements team.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
798ph regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and enhanced odds to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. General conditions that apply to all promotions on 798ph include:
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager the bonus value ten times before it converts to real withdrawable cash).
- Promotions are available to one account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion is a violation of these Terms.
- Promotions are time-limited. Bonus funds not used within the validity period are forfeited without compensation.
- 798ph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected unless abuse is suspected.
- Any strategy that 798ph determines constitutes bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic wagering on opposite outcomes — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 798ph. Violation of any item on this list may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors are not valid and will be reversed.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, or placing bets on events where you have material non-public information about the likely outcome.
- Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine AML laws.
- Accessing 798ph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 798ph staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on 798ph — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, data, software, and game interfaces — is the property of 798ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal betting purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 798ph content without prior written consent from 798ph.
9 Limitation of Liability
798ph provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and accurate information, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or free from interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 798ph shall not be liable for:
- Any losses arising from betting decisions made by the player.
- Losses resulting from server outages, internet connection failures, or other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
- Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of the Platform.
- Errors in odds or market data that were clearly typographical in nature, provided 798ph corrects them within a reasonable time.
Nothing in these Terms limits 798ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence on our part.
10 Responsible Gaming
798ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its players. We provide tools directly in the player account to help manage gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.
If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to:

11 Account Suspension and Closure
798ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- You breach any provision of these Terms.
- We receive a request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority.
- We have reasonable grounds to believe your account is being used fraudulently or in violation of applicable law.
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
If your account is closed due to a verified Terms violation, 798ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. If closure is for non-violation reasons (such as inactivity), any real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled normally, and your remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
12 Amendments to These Terms
798ph may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised and, for material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of 798ph after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account before the changes take effect.
13 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 798ph that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact 798ph's support team and allow us a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to resolve the dispute internally. 798ph's complaint resolution process is described on the FAQ page.
